The Saturday before Christmas, December 18, live music with The Festive Flutes will be performed at 1 pm. “It is a unique performance that provides a nice break during the holiday season. Every year, they come out at different times,” Ms. Trotter said. “During the holidays, the group performs in the main portion of the library. It’s a nice change of pace, she said, “Everybody just loves it. While the library initially had concerns about disturbing patrons with music in the main room of the library, it turned out to be a hit. “It’s just very relaxing music,” she added.
